Spicy Baked Fish (ready in 20 minutes)
This spicy baked fish recipe is a quick weekday meal and on the table in 20 minutes, making it a great healthy, low fat, family dinner.

- 500g (17½ oz) fish fillets (see note 1)
- 2 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp dill
- salt & pepper (to personal taste)
- 1 tbs olive oil (more if needed)
Pre-heat the oven to 225ºC (435°F). Line a large tray with aluminium foil.
Mix all the ingredients together (apart from the olive oil and fish) in a bowl.
Place the fish on the tray and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle the spices over the top. Do both sides if you like (you may need a double batch of the spices to do this).
Bake for 10 minutes then serve immediately with noodles, rice, potatoes or anything else you like.
I have converted grams to cups/ounces/tablespoons using online converters. Although I have no reason to believe they are inaccurate, please be aware that I have not made this recipe with imperial measurements.
