Spelt Skillet Cookie with Chocolate Chunks
This gorgeous spelt skillet cookie has chunks of chocolate and drizzled with both white and milk chocolate. Adaptable for any flour.
This spelt skillet cookie originally featured on my former blog, The Culinary Jumble. The post has been transferred over to The Spelt Kitchen with some slight amendments, but the images remain the same.
I love my skillet and use it for all kinds of things: sweet eggy bread, stews, and even overnight blackberry buns. Nothing is off limits. I love food cooked in a skillet so much that I even started my own Pinterest group called, surprise, surprise: Skillet Love. And now, my friends, it is time for this. An enormous, share-with-a-friend, skillet cookie.
This spelt skillet cookie recipe was created specifically for homeyou, a one-stop hub for DIY inspiration and help, where I am one of their home bloggers (my popular fruit of the forest swirl cheesecake also features on their website). It’s a super simple and easy to make gluten free dessert with chunks of milk and white chocolate. Although the originally recipe was gluten free, you could do a straight swap for regular or spelt flour.
For the recipe, you need to run over to homeyou for the ingredients and directions. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
